Transit Service Update
Regular Schedules RESUMED - Sunday, May 17/Monday, May 18, 2020
Regular service schedules returned all Bus*, Trolley, Market Frankford, Broad Street and Norristown High Speed Line Routes following the timetables in effect before the COVID-19 crisis began.
ROUTE 91 REMAINS SUSPENDED. Service on Trolley Route 102 resumes and Route 101 resumes service as a Trolley on Monday, June 1, 2020
Routes 204 and LUCY GREEN/GOLD continue to operate on a reduced schedule. To access these schedules, see the links below.
For all other Transit Schedules (BUS, TROLLEY, MARKET FRANKFORD, BRAOD STREET LINE, NORRISTOWN HIGH SPEED LINE) PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINKS BELOW.
To ensure there is sufficient space for customers to exercise social distancing, the maximum number of riders per vehicle is limited as follows:
Bus: 40 ft. maximum 20 customers
Articulated maximum 30 customers
Routes 204, 310, 311, LUCY Gold/LUCY Green maximum 10 customers
Trolley: maximum 25 customers
Norristown High Speed Line: maximum 30 customers
Customers can get real time route information by going to TRANSIT VIEW or the SEPTA APPS (ANDROID AND IOS). LUCY & Route 204 will continue to operate April 9 schedule.
Market Frankford Line
Regular schedule resumes on the Market Frankford Line and Owl Bus service returns

CONCOURSE ENTRANCE CLOSURES TO MARKET FRANKFORD/BROAD STREET LINE STATIONS
Select Concourse stairways and access points to Market Frankford/Broad Street Line Stations including the Dilworth Park stairs, 13th and Market entrances, and Broad Street Line headhouses between South Penn Square and Walnut Street are closed until further notice. The 15th & Market, North Filbert Street, and Broad & Locust entrances remain open. Please look for signs directing customers to alternate stairways.
The following Trolley Line Stations will be CLOSED. ALL other stations will be OPEN
THE SOUTHWEST CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT work, is being EXTENDED through Saturday, June 27, 2020. Service alterations and schedules already in place will continue with shuttle buses substituting for train service on the AIRPORT LINE. Service continues on the WILMINGTON LINE, with trains only operating between Wilmington and 30th Street (Amtrak Lower Level). MEDIA/ELWYN LINE service REMAINS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED, and Fox Chase and Warminster service also temporarily altered while this project takes place.
SOUTHWEST CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SCHEDULE DETAILS
THE SOUTHWEST CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT work will alter Regional Rail Service is altered as follows:
Train service will operate ONLY as far as WILMINGTON STATION
Service will operate to/from Lower Level at Amtrak 30th Street Station
Trains will NOT stop at Penn Medicine Station - for return travel please use the Circulator or LUCY Bus Services at 30th Street Station
SHUTTLE BUSES WILL SUBSTITUTE FOR TRAIN SERVICE FOLLOWING A SPECIAL SOUTHWEST CONNECTION AIRPORT LINE SCHEDULE
Service operates every 2 hours - Buses will make stops at Airport Terminals, Eastwick, and 30th Street (under canopy at Station)
Buses will NOT stop at Penn Medicine Station - for return travel please use the Circulator or LUCY Bus Services at 30th Street Station
NO TRAIN SERVICE DURING OUTAGE

A limited number of entrances at Suburban and Jefferson Stations will be OPEN for SEPTA Regional Rail customers to enter/exit the Station

- 10th & Filbert (stairs and elevator)
ALL OTHER STAIRWAYS AND ENTRANCES AT THESE STATIONS WILL BE CLOSED, AT ALL TIMES THESE CHANGES WILL BE IN EFFECT 7 DAYS A WEEK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF REGIONAL RAILROAD STATION TICKET WINDOWS & WAITING ROOMS
Ticket Windows & Waiting Rooms at ALL outlying Regional Rail Stations are temporarily CLOSED. Fares will continue to be available for purchase at the five CENTER CITY STATION TICKET OFFICES and SEPTA KEY FARE KIOSKS. Until further notice, all cash fares paid on board trains for travel from an Outlying Station, will be at the reduced Weekend/Evening rate.
CCT will continue same-day service. All service, including same-day and advance reservations, will be LIMITED to trips for essential employment, medical/dialysis/pharmacy, and food shopping. To make a same day trip, you may contact the CCT Control Center at 215-580-7720 or 215-580-7145 then press #2.
CCT FULL SERVICE RESUMES TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2020
CCT returns to full service on June 2. The option for Same-day Trip Reservations will end effective Friday, June 5, 2020. To comply with social distancing guidelines, CCT vehicles will limit the number of cutomers per vehicle. Please have exact fare ready to minimize contact with drivers. All customers are reminded to wear masks/face coverings while on board.
WEARING A FACE MASK OR FACE COVERING WHEN RIDING SEPTA
New guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) advise wearing a simple cloth face covering, when out in public, to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Following this guidance, we urge customers to wear a mask or other facial covering when traveling on SEPTA to protect customers and Operators. Surgical masks are being distributed to frontline Operations personnel as part of this effort. Please comply with this request for your protection and the protection of operators.
