 TransPasses are valid for unlimited travel for all one zone rides on any transit route. Transit routes with multiple fare zones will require a $.50 payment for each additional zone traveled beyond the first zone. For a list of zones for transit routes please refer to the Zone Charge. list.
Customers can also use TransPasses for travel to/from the Airport on Regional Rail. and for unrestricted travel on Regional Rail between Center City and Stations located within the geographic boundaries of Philadelphia during off-peak hours, weekends, and major holidays. SEPTA TransPasses, TrailPasses and Cross County Passes are good for unrestricted travel anywhere on weekends and holidays.
Regional Rail customers traveling between Center City and Zone 1 stations during AM/PM Peak Hours, will need to purchase a Zone 1 TrailPass.
Peak Hours for Zone 1 Stations (listed to the right) are between 6-9:30 a.m. and between 4-6:30 p.m.
Weekly TransPass
Weekly TransPasses are $20.75 and are good from 12:01 a.m. Monday through 2 a.m. on the following Monday. Customers can purchase weekly passes at various Sales Locations beginning the Wednesday of the previous week through Tuesday of the valid week. |
A Zone 1 TrailPass will be required for AM/PM Peak Hour travel to/from the following Regional Rail Stations. A TransPass may be used during Off-Peak Hours:

 Monthly TransPass Monthly TransPasses are $78.00 and are good from 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the month through 2 a.m. on the first day of the following month. Customers can purchase monthly passes at various Sales Locations beginning 5 business days before the end of the month through five calendar days into the month. Many SEPTA ticket outlets offer monthly passes up to the 10th day of the valid month. Monthly passes are also available online through Shop.SEPTA.org.
All SEPTA passes are valid for use by only one passenger, who must sign the back of the pass. Customers may NOT share passes. Any pass discovered to be used by more than one passenger may be confiscated.
