A New Online Era Begins

You've probably noticed things here look a little different than usual.

That's because the newest version of is up and running, with a brand new look and a host of new features.

Highlights include enhanced trip-planning tools, additional transit system information and new original content - all wrapped in a fresh, colorful design.

These improvements are helping SEPTA strengthen its online presence, and give customers a user-friendly website that delivers all the information they need.

"The number one priority of this redesign was meeting customers' needs," said SEPTA General Manager Joseph M. Casey. "We are thrilled to be able to offer a first-class website, and we invite customers to give us feedback so we can further enhance their online experience."

The redesign officially launched on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, but the work is far from done. In the coming days, you can expect to see even more exciting additions to the site.

And in many ways, will remain a constant work in progress. Efforts to provide customers with new information, updates and the latest technologies available continue 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
