Change order for West Chester Yard Pole Painting and Anti-Gravity Coating of 40 Foundations on Routes 101 & 102 started on September 01, 2010.
Change order was completed on September 13, 2010.
Pole Painting passed Adhesion Test.
All Primer Coat Work is complete.

Buttonwood is approximately 68% completed with physical construction.
Coordination with PECO for power outages on their aerial attachments on certain of our structures has been impacted by the storm of June 24th.
Outage #4, for the entire Media-Sharon Hill Line, started.
Buttonwood restarted cleaning & coating work again after PECO protection work was confirmed.
Buttonwood continues cleaning and recoating east of Woodland Station in Outage #3.
Buttonwood remobilized at the west end of the 101 private ROW at Bowling Green and began recoating operations going east.
Buttonwood remains demobilized due to the winter weather. Physical construction remains at 30% completed.
Buttonwood has completed hardware installation within Outage #2 and has demobilized its work force. Recoating will take place when weather conditions are more favorable.
Contractor began hardware installation on the poles within Outage #2, on the 101 Line from Woodland to Bowling Green.
Contractor still has the street pole extensions to clean and coat in Aldan Boro during Outage #1 on the 102 Line. This work is scheduled to start November 30th without PECO support.
Contractor continues working during the 102 outage with 2 crews as weather permits. The trolley poles in Aldan Borough required PECO coordination due to their attachments.
Contractor mobilized for work and is making good progress using 2 crews.
Contractor preparing to start work on the 102 portion with the line outage starting Tuesday, September 8th.

Contractor has indicated that majority of his field work will be done during the 4 track outages, the first starting on September 8th from DHJ to Sharon Hill.
Pre-construction meeting was held and NTP issued on the same day.
SEPTA Board approved the award of this contract to Buttonwood.
Bids were received and Buttonwood Company, Inc. is the apparent low bidder @ $537,500, which is under the Engineer's estimate.
